Often an organisation will tailor a weekend of coaching, with an opportunity to encourage and inspire the congregation or leadership team, with a series of messages on personal development. Each organisation has its unique needs and these can be discussed in detail.

The key to a one to one coaching contract is accountability. Its not the job of a coach to tell their clients what to do. Its about brainstorming and empowering the client to acheive, through assembling positive thought processes that resolve blockages to achievement.

As an experienced executive manager and senior leader in the Hospitality industry and not for profit sector, I am well aware of the need for ongoing personal development and motivation. I beleive this is why organisations. engage me. Why not consider me when planning your staff development.
·Tutor, Lecturer, course development
With a well grounded experience in adult education within government and private training organizations, I can provide temporary cover or ongoing support to your company. Vocational or personal motivation courses within the hospitality sector are my specialty, including assessments and moderation. Contracts and terms of engagement are by arrangement. From time to time, private training providers are in need of support to their present curriculum and tuition staff. With extensive experience within the government assisted work skills sector, I can also provide support in course development and management systems for those in the presentation process. Organisations and individuals stand or fall on the strength of their defined culture. I beleive it is essential to lead by vision and values. If we don't have a clear vision and mission statement, or clearly define our values to those we are leading, we are prone to "missing the mark" or failing to fulfill our purpose. I can help you discover and define those elements in your team leadership.

As an experienced lecturer and adult teacher, I fully appreciate the need for teaching and training. Training fellow coaches in coaching is a passion. I firmly believe we should reproduce in others that which we have learned ourselves. With over 25 years experience in Pastoral care and support organizations, I can provide sensitive and caring support structures for your organization. ·Taste and see
With over thirty years as an executive chef and chef lecturer, I can provide a unique fun filled time of team building and practical skills learning. At your place or mine, I will provide all you will need for an experience that will never be forgotten.
Classes ideally suit six to sixteen "students" and generally take 4-6hrs. Each candidate will be provided with all equipment, apron (apron is yours to keep) and chefs hat. The session concludes with a taste testing, prize giving and team building interactive discussion based on the event. Menus are provided and based upon numbers, but include the following themes:
